What Data We Process

This website is informative: it has no forms, user registration or online shopping. We process personal data in these cases:

When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email: your name, phone number or email, the content of your enquiry and anything you choose to send us (for example, your company logo, sizes or quantities).
When you place an order: the data needed to prepare, deliver and invoice it (name or company name, tax ID, address, phone and email).
When you browse the website: the server records technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited, date and time) for security, and the website only uses technical cookies (see the Cookie Policy).

Why We Use It and on What Legal Basis

To answer your enquiries and prepare quotes. Legal basis: taking pre-contractual steps at your request and our legitimate interest in responding to those who contact us (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR).
To manage orders, deliveries and invoicing. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and compliance with tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
To keep the website secure (server technical logs). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

We do not build profiles, we do not make automated decisions and we do not send you advertising without your consent.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiries and quotes that do not lead to an order: as long as needed to handle them and, at most, one year.
Customers: while the business relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law (for example, six years for accounting records and four for tax records).
Server technical logs: for a limited time, for security only.

Who Receives It

We do not sell or share your data. Only the following have access to it:

Providers that help us deliver our service, under a data processing agreement: web hosting and email (IONOS, in the European Union) and, when there is a delivery, the courier company.
The Tax Agency and other authorities, when required by law.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, that service is provided by WhatsApp (Meta), which processes data under its own privacy policy and may transfer it to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If you prefer, you can contact us by phone, email or in the shop.

Your Rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time, and withdraw any consent you have given. Write to us at info@uniformespromax.com or visit the shop, stating which right you wish to exercise; we may ask you to prove your identity.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
